Valuations and pricing

Any values or ranges shown on this site are general context. They are not offers. What we would pay for a property depends on what the numbers show and what we find when we walk it: the rent roll, the operating expenses, the condition, any debt in place and the terms both sides agree. The written agreement you sign is what governs the transaction, and it replaces anything stated on this site.

No professional advice

Content on this site is not tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice. Every property is different and has to be seen in person. Talk to your own CPA and attorney before you decide anything.

Your Responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact and property information when you request a valuation
  • Have the authority of the owner, or of the estate, to discuss a sale
  • Provide safe access to the property when a walkthrough is arranged
  • Tell us about known hazards, code or licensing issues, or pending litigation affecting the property
